Data controller
Chez Jef SRL, whose full details appear in the legal notice, is the controller for data collected through this website and when booking.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Chez Jef SRL is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR: the restaurant is not a public authority, its core activity does not involve large-scale regular and systematic monitoring of individuals, and it does not process special categories of data on a large scale.

Data collected and purposes
- Booking: name, phone number, optional email, date, time and party size — to manage your table.
- Group enquiries: contact details and event information — to prepare a proposal.
- Analytics: aggregated browsing data (page views, device, performance) — based on your consent.
- Google reviews shown on the site: public content published by their authors on Google.
Cookies and third-party services
The site uses strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and third-party services: Elfsight (Google reviews), Google Maps and the online booking widget. These services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
You can refuse or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Retention
Booking data is kept as long as needed for the service and our accounting obligations (10 years for supporting documents). Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is never sold or rented. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, booking, analytics) acting as processors. Some may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
